Insight and Nyheter exemplify a problem that originates in the company's strategy to establish new ventures under co-ownership. UCP too many times makes concessions to other part owners once the business is established successfully. They take the risk of a new venture, but don't let it generate max returns before divesting. UCP sold 9% in In Sight last year to please majority owners (who wished to get more of the profitable company) and they sold Nyheter to please management to better grow the company going forward.
