Just what the world needs, another pump and dump consulting company educating people how to pump and dump.

Funny is that this pump and dump scam created a shell, stuck a horse in it, and now is a public company consulting other companies to go public in the dubious OTC markets and dump shares on unsuspecting investors.

Companies looking to raise capital needs venture capital, attorneys and CPAs to guide them through SOX, JOBS, and Dodd/Frank. Not some worthless race horse scam artist pretending to be human.

This has to be the biggest joke known to mankind. It even tops calling a T trade a "true up" trade.
