Would be good to actually Know the
Laws regarding the consequences of
Operating a business on an unpaid license fee. What if the late ( penalty) charge is the biggest consequence? What if the consequence is that the at some time they put leins of 11,000$ plus late fees against the ECDC PROPERTY? What if it is perfectly acceptable to operate as long as within certain timeline? Point being, is it known what are the limitations and legalities are re: the business license for that county or state( prior to disseminating information which could be misleading)

I am not an advisor, appreciate deliberate DD sharing of facts. All said here is IMO. ECDC!
