It is hard to tell really what this is all about as it is Roen V MJNA and vice versa and not CANV. I don't know if either scenario is plausible as it is all just speculation at this point. It is hard to tell. Unless we get to see the court docs, it is all just guessing. I don't believe CANV is required to disclose it in their reports as CANV is a not a named party and MJNA hasn't said anything so who knows for sure. Who knows if it even has anything to do with CANV at all as it could be over an issue that doesn't involve CANV at all and possibly a completely separate deal that was in the works that never materialized.

Also, the number of shares owned by MJNA of CANV is listed in CANV's reports. (actually it is MJNA's subsidiary PhytoSPHERE, LLC that owns the share of CANV not MJNA directly.)

It was Roen Venture, owned by Bart McKAy that filed against MJNA and MJNA countered against Roen and all the other beneficial shareholders of CANV, most of which are owned by McKay.

This is definitely an interesting turn of events. Now how exactly does one just stumble across this?
