My point is yes the man you speak of did wrong.He walked the plank and was punished.He is doing his time and rightfully so even if I disagree with the harsh sentence.

Now lets look at Pfizer's people the ones with so called intergity honor.

Not a single one from Pfizer walked the plank.None were judged nor punished and the justice dept. turned there heads and allowed this to go down.

If thats justice we at disneyland!

IMO this breach by Pfizer was not that someone forgot to terminate the contract per the termanition agreement.It was a deliberate act cause they knew ILNS was in a financial mess the issues with Blech and they knew by withholding this milestone 2 million dollar payment it would destroy (ILNS) Intellect its shareholders.

No doubt there prior history never changed why would it? They only paid fines penalties so after that it was back to business as usual imo.

Then look at the defenses filings court testimony (We stopped using Ponezumab).Again imo its business as usual.

We know that is a lie this makes it factual without a doubt.
