soooo…

it can be difficult to overcome the troll perception when there are many companies in the industry that are sitting on notices of infringement sent out by IDCC through the years. When the company ejected a lot of top talent in the engineering group and hired on a from a greater pool of legal talent in Delaware….it also sent a message.

While we may feel that it isn't a fair label… it's hard for some companies to see it differently … especially after being accosted by QCOM and the big dogs.

How many companies… in the US alone…. are sitting on those infringement notices…a dozen? 50? more? Word gets around….and more than a handful that I know of ...get a very sour face when the Interdigital name is mentioned. I don't doubt that the press could pick up on it.

btw…. I just finished the week at CTIA…. a good event for me….and yes, I did see ….but didn't have much time with...someone from the company there.
