I believe the market will reflect EFLN's true value ($0.0123 BV now) very soon since I could not find any other OTC stock with such high true BV (hard assets) but at such ridiculous low price so far! Anyway the good time or refresh point for EFLN just started from a couple of months ago (when the "CE" label was removed and the tier was upgraded to the OTCLI from OTCNI)...
