So how can this be legal?

In July Vic apparently took a check from Mr & Ms Lorio for @$400K in a private placement of MPIX common stock.

But they obviously do not have the necessary shares to consummate the deal

(3) Includes 525,000,000 shares to be issued pursuant to a Stock Purchase Agreement and subject to the Company increasing it’s number of authorized shares.

I guess I just don't understand the concept of "authorized"

Will the Lorios attempt to vote the 600M+ shares if the matter of the 3B AS expansion is brought before an AGM? Moreover.... How will MPIX cover future convertibles notes without any shares remaining in the treasury?

I figure it will have to wait until after the Euro vaycay.

The stealth concert series rolls on.... I am guessing that one of MPIX's responsibilities is streaming CCTV feeds of the performers from remote locations (Tye Tribitt posted a nice pic from Ghana yesterday)to the concert venues since they are not there....clever monitization technique! I called the B2B info line a couple of times last week......answering machine.....I am guessing they are struggling with the ticket demand. Vic is apparently happy enough with the developments that he is leaving the country and allowing the juggernaut concert series to manage itself. How's that for entrepreneurial confidence?
