Once again Let me make clear on the issue vote for a/s increase.

The head line stated clearly....

SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS ADJOURNED INDEFINITELY


Apparently mean SUSPEND - PUT OFF UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Here is the tricky stuff which most of you got confusing.

we did not receive enough votes to achieve a quorum to hold the special meeting. We will therefore continue to solicit your vote. Your vote is important no matter how many shares you own.

The above declaration meaning they did not have enough vote to PASS therefore hoping you solicit your vote for the approval.

THINK ABOUT IT!!! HOW MANY OF YOU VOTE YES FOR THEM????

THE ANSWER IS NONE.

If your shares have already been voted at the August 22, 2014 meeting, you will not need to vote again – your shares will be deemed present and voted at the adjourned meeting if held on or before November 12, 2014.

Let me point out THE KEY WORD for you: "IF" That right. "IF" they don't receive enough vote then no meeting will be allow.

REST ASSURE THAT NO A/S INCREASE!!!
