Roen Ventures is suing fellow CannaVest investor, MJNA

Was looking for something else on another company located in Clark County, NV (where Vegas is located) and found that on June 20, 2014, Roen Ventures (Bart Mackay's company and major shareholder of CannaVest) filed a lawsuit against MJNA, which sold Phytosphere to CANV and holds more than 5M shares of CANV.

On August 12, 2014, MJNA filed a countersuit, and it appears that there's a conference hearing on Oct 14.

Kind of odd that one CannaVest shareholder would sue another, and note that MJNA's countersuit names as defendants CANV's CEO Michael Mona, Jr, as well as his son, Michael Mona, III, a VP at CannaVest.
