The Dallas D.A. has a 99.4% conviction rate so it's highly unlikely Fast Eddie Vakser is going to get off. The DA offered a plea deal of 4 years in jail/ deferred plus $55,000 in restitution. Imo there's no way Eddie can bargain a Grand Jury felony down to a misdemeanor. A felony conviction should bar him from being an officer in any public company.
