Yeah, the merger will be next week, next month next year, 2016....

How many times have they pulled the merger press release on shareholders.

Here is one from 2010:

In early June, SK3 Group announced that it had signed a definitive merger agreement with Eneftech.

SKTO today announces that it has entered into a definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger with Healthcare of Today, Inc., completing the terms of the previously announced letter of intent. Closing of the merger is subject to the completion of audits of SK3 and Healthcare of Today, Inc.

Add that to the SKTO Medical Greens merger plus the SKTO/AEGY merger and now the mysterious Canadian company merger.

I know, but this time they really mean it.
