Based on the Appeal's court, this stock could be a big winner or wind up worth nothing at all. It is no secret that the jury gave us a very weak win over HTC. HTC has a strong case. The Appeals court is asked to decide which came first, the chicken or the egg. In this case it is the variable speed oscillator or the fixed speed crystal oscillator.

Will the Appeals Court rewrite the lower courts claims construction on the 336???

Because of the jury trial, we have a very slight edge over HTC.

New claims construction could both help and hurt us. This appeal will be a cliff hanger until the end even the Supreme Court may get into the act.

It blows me away that so many trusted people are trying to hide it from you.

Look at all the folks fighting for power over money that may not even happen. Is that a good sign they believe the Appeal will end in our favor. Time will tell if Brian is a big stock holder, now or if he believes the time will come later.
