(ANY) another overlooked item is over 2,000,000 shares shorted beginning at $2.50 a share on the TMX yet to cover. That will be very difficult if the completed merger of ANY/OVRL delists from TMX after merger and only trades on NASDQ. That possibility has been potentially looked at by management due to the enormous shorting on TMX. It is an amazing amount when you consider there are only about 10 million shares in the float. Insiders and Institutions own 65% of the OS currently so they have an incentive to kick butt. JMHO
