The seller and the bidder work together. I watch LEVEL 2 before every run. They're fishing for cheap shares again, til the buy volume comes flooding in soon. We have a huge run coming in SMKY. I got filled at .0201 for 15,000 shares; Mr. Big was filled yesterday for a half million shares @ .018
all in my humble opinion from observation, and management's stated timetable of operations
