Well I go back to the IMF with the US holding 17% vote and a 85% requirement for something moving forward...

The US has veto power as such

Hence the "US making the call" etc

PS I hate the POS SOL folks - they are so disgusting, arrogant tweebs that have raped and pillaged their country who then throw out BS. Really sucks the while you are in parliament you are pretty safe from any prosecution - that really is one law they should change if they truly wish to fight corruption etc
