I read that s-1 since the first day is obvious that a,lot of people haven't read it. In the s-1 they put a chart were they explain the dilution that going to cause that agreement and heavy dilution. Also os was 104m now 106 m some convertible or someone dump 2.5m shares. Also the last 10 day have been short like 10m shares I kbow this will go down more but the current price have been,manipulated by a short group
