The crooked thing about this:

I've seen heavy reverse splits when companies change direction. The messed up thing is here, they have been pushing LOI's and Acquisition PR's to sell shares on the new plan, just like she started to do on her last company, before she raped them. If you are you going to start over, RS, then announce the new direction. I would be surprised if this patterned, brazen thievery isn't setting off sirens at the SEC. The fact that promos were going on with simultaneous, multiple news releases screams insider collusion.

This is not typical for me to post s#it like this, and I reduced my position a while back to 100k shares, so not a big loss or anything, but it just pisses me the f#ck of they have the balls to do this, especially to those holding large blocks.
