$POWN could get a buyout from several BIG companies that we have deals with and even DIS so I think it is a good thing that they are not extending the first look

The Silver Creek agreement expires at the end of 2014 and will not be extended beyond December 2014. The Company is currently exploring
various other sources of revenues, but there can be no assurances that we will be successful in finding other revenue streams sufficient to
support our current operational requirements.
