Well !! ... I don't know why ADTM hasn't ...

announced the appointment of Kristen Barr as Director, Advertising Marketplace at Adaptive Media, Inc yet !!??!!

Anyway, she worked at Mobclix, the company co-founded by Krishna Subramanian ... the mobile ad exchange that was acquired and subsequently sold by the troubled mobile marketing agency Velti, and then re-emerging as Axonix.

While at Mobclix, then a division of Velti, she was Manager, Partner Development, where she focused on mobile advertising; cultivating network spot buys and building programmatic partnerships. She also developed relationships with major gaming publishers for user acquisition leading to the largest APAC sale for Velti.

Prior to Mobclix, Kristen was with Twitter, MediaMind, DoubleClick/Google, and OMD [ Omnicom Media Group - http://www.omnicommediagroup.com/ ]. After OMD won the Apple account, Kristen was transferred from Chicago to San Francisco to manage the media relationship. While at DoubleClick/Google, Kristen oversaw agency partnerships for the DFA [DoubleClick For Advertisors] suite of products for the entire West Coast.
