there was no follow through after the July pop. right back down it went. now there are 2 layers of resistance to break through, the 50 and 200 ma. lots of resistance right where it Failed last time. Big falling wedge,not ready to break out yet or is it ?

Is this biotech worth buying at the 1.20 bottom ?
