LOL..well when you get 3 or more pumping them, usually a company, or large shareholder, or prefered convertible stock holders, hire them to run the stocks high, so they can dump a lot of shares into the market. Or preferred holders can sell off while promoting, and flood the market with shares they can manipulate to fractions of what they previously sold. If that happens, usually the company gags the TA first, whom tell you to call the company. If they stagnate the first morning of any promotional pump and dump, it's better to back out, or take small profits. POWN doesn't have that problem, since dilution is sparse and rare; it's just the estates of old men on the board selling their own stock; some at bid, but mostly at ask to keep the shareprice in range. The third party promotor, or promotors accumalate for months, and then see how high they can run it, while singing the praises of the Great Stan Lee, to the captive minions.
