State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Form 10-K, 11-K, 20-F, 10-Q, N-SAR or the transition report portion thereof could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
Despite diligent efforts exerted by management, BioNeutral Group, Inc.’s (the “Company”) Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal period ended July 31, 2014 could not be completed without unreasonable effort and expense. Such difficulties prevent the Company from filing the report because the information being completed is integral to the balance of the report. The Company expects to be able to file within the additional time allowed.
