...because the company is a scam and has no products to move to anywhere! There were all kinds of product announcements, but not one single product was ever delivered! IMO...all the announcements and PR's were BS, designed to support the stock price and enrich the "insiders!" IMO...this iteration of CBYI, like those of the past, was never a real commercial enterprise!
