The Company is remaining in both the apparel and technology business but technology as it relates to textiles. They will continue on with Avani and other labels they are looking to acquire but they are out of the distribution business and are concentrating on higher margin apparel brands they can either own or create. In other words 40-60% margins versus 15-20%.

Secondly, they will be well financed with both a debt and equity package that will allow them to do whatever they need to do.

Secondly, as exciting as the acquisition strategy is the real JEWEL here is the technology they will deploy in the textile arena by providing FIBER to insdutry. They have a technology that takes scrap cotton that is usually discarded or incinerated and turns it into individual strands of fiber that is in the same state as if it came off the plant. The other nuggets are that they also have technology that makes any textile they manufacture from fiber odor free and hypo-allergetic.

The other part of the FIBER business is selling back what he calls rejuvinated cotton to the industry players that use it most that are keying in on one of the most important buzzwords in corporate America. SUSTAINABILITY!

They have and endless supply for zero purchase cost. Over 10 Trillion LBS of cotton are thrown out each year from the 60 Trillion LBS that are produced. They only pay for shipping cost. They also are in late stage negotiations with several states to set up plants and production lines and should have their first one identified within the next 30 days.

If all this comes to pass we could have a mega deal here. They have 70% profit margins on production and are in negotiations with several different major companies for long term supply agreements.
