There is no price movement either way because the price is consolidated short and intermediate term. I am looking for complete consolidation long term soon.

Volatility is low with 10 day and 20 day volatility decreasing.

The same reason no one is buying
Actually, today, there was a 600,000 share buy followed by several 100,000 blocks, in an upward churn.

However, Volume was 2,805,248 shares.
Shorters took 58.03% of today's volume; 1,127,885 shares.


Yesterday, shorters took 48.9% of the daily volume.

The Shorters are starting to get out. They feel the pressure and are managing their buy-to-covers, but it is the Shorters that are managing all this present action.
