Hi Fred - Yes you were burned badly .. like the rest of us, we bought in because of Robert Coleridge the Microsoft guy used his reputation as a legitimate person to wipe out your investment as well as many of ours as well, they continue to do business as if nothing happened to the VKML/UPOT investors, if you hold whats left maybe you could salvage something but who can tell as the CEO Robert Coleridge nor his marketing genius Arnie DeWitt III will speak nor give a vision.

Hard to believe I owned 300,000 shares and ended up with 1,500 shares after the split. What an Idiot!
