Research and Read the Definition of "Painting the Tape" when it comes to the stock market...in particular the Penny Stock world! They're (BW/BBDA/ Funding Co-horts of BBDA) are so Desparate to keep this "Shell" game going as long as possible that they're so concerned on every tick! They can't have BBDA stock "prinitng" negative day in and day out so...They "paint the tape" as many times as they can. You'll also notice that after every large size Dump (trades of 9,999,000 or higher) there are "smaller" trades that go off at the Offer. Any one who understands this would realize that if you see large size trades going off on the "Bid" and in some cases, with BBDA, BELOW the Bid then you'd realize that there's never any reason to take the offer when you are assured to get hit on the Bid!
