I will never understand how a casino goes under either.

Thing is some of the ones that have closed the initial investment is way to high for all the wrong reasons.

Reminds me of keeping up with the Jones.

The monthly payback payments I can't imagine because they go way over board on design.

I'll never understand these corporate fools.

Success is REAL SIMPLE!!!

Make your casino clean.

Then make your casino pay out better then the others and no one gives a rip what glass or curved walls you have you will be packed every day.

Over time you'll make more then the fancy pants casinos and you won't have that HUGE monthly liability hanging around your neck which causes them to limit payouts even more.
Of course then they want to know where everyone is.

If you have time you might do a search on Trump and BK casinos and other buildings.

He has a HUGE history of using BK to get out of anything that he FAILED at instead of fixing the problems he just uses people and the ones who he owed money to.
