The tax thing is quite interesting. Too bad politicians don't take Econ 101. It's seems counterproductive but mj prices need to be low enough to prevent a black market. As long as there's profit to be made, black market dealers will be around.

That tax rate in Co is ridiculous, make it reasonable and people will be happy to pay, but if you can save $5 from your local dealer you know where you'll buy.
