Oh lord,

Time doesn't heal wounds, medicine, fresh air, cellular reconstruction, God - those heal wounds.

Time is an investors "worst" enemy. Nothing worse than the abused [hold, hold hold... our "TIME" will come] scenario.

Here are some fact's (and I've been her a LONG time - In fact I still own a boat load of NXOI and RBIZ, for a loss, of course).

Time WILL NOT HEAL only deepen the wound. From the start NXOI has been a share dilution machine (believe me, been in since '04).

Here is the **REAL** problem. NXOI/RBIZ has a great technology, but they aren't taking risks! (and to loosely diversified). They aren't out there getting the "big" contracts (I know, spare me with all the recent press, it's BS). The management at NXOI is equivalent to that at a used car lot. Sure they sell a lot of cars for pennies (investors, not shareholders), move their inventory in volumes (again a sales tactic) and of course look good doing it (well only in PR's), but how is a used car lot different than say a premium Mercedes or BMW shop.

Think about that - BRAND!!! NXOI, RBIZ, their brand SUCKS!!! Why? They have no brand, all of their websites are disconnected, hard to navigate, hell I don't even know what they do? Travel, TV, Real Estate, Video Production, Candy sales?

The biggest mistake EVER for NXOI was actually a branding problem. From day 1 with the acquisition of Loop Networks, they had an awesome product, but instead of branding, (the CEO) took NXOI in to many directions, Travel, Real Estate, TV, etc. This was simply a bad choice and the choice of a non committed visionless entity.

To date, The CEO makes more money than any of us ($340K I believe), for what? Well that is always the question you should ask yourself. I'm ok with the headlines where Healthcare CEO's make $100M (from an investment perspective) because the company is also drawing in a wealth of value for its investors. That has NEVER been the case here.

Ok, Keep dreaming, just dream bigger and quit trying to recoup lost investments. Playing a stock for a profit is fine, just don't become a spokesman without all the answers.

In Summary:

Does NXOI/RBIZ have a shot in the dark? Doubt it, but if they start marketing themselves (and pick a freaking industry), maybe, just not holding my breath.

I wouldn't ever set out to hurt anyone deliberately unless it was, you know, important - like a league game or something.
