pps lower than .15 kicks in only if "the Company fails to make amortization payments on February 18, 2015 and March 1, 2015, each for 50% of the original principal amount of the Debentures...".

I also think the deal is sweet for the lenders and that type of deal in smaller chunks and on much better terms for the Company could be done if there was a registered preferred stock offering. With the low interest available to small investors, such an offering would be a natural, and why LTNC does not do it is beyond me.
