fact: LTNC has been current and has had to be current in payroll tax payments since the settlement with the IRS several quarters ago.

fiction: he told a stockholder LTNC was current on all their taxes

fact: he told a stockholder LTNC was current on all its tax reporting - - big difference

You keep posting how the ceo is an idiot and the Company is poorly run. Meanwhile it keeps growing and becoming more stable. Sorry if the facts don't fit.
