Why? PTSC has not had regular daily liquidity in a long time. It would be a very bad idea to buy trading shares counting on volume to be able to sell it. At this point people are ether in or they are out. There is certainly no expectation of any predictable increased value based on revenue because there is currently no revenue. Not to say there will never be though.
