With a 192 M float and almost 60 M shorted as of 8/15/14
if there is any good news a short squeeze could change
this depressing picture very quickly. So I'm adding again,
even though I'm way past my comfort zone. Now that it
looks like we are going to war again, maybe that will help
stimulate demand. Smart bombs use REE and it's not
recycled much I would bet.
