sunspotter, instead of cherry picking just one point from my post, why not address ALL the points in my post? You might even agree with one of them and surely the other posters would appreciate this.

I do have to correct you on a couple points:

First, Roth is no longer 'dark' as they have filed financial reports with OTC Markets. Yes, these reports are unaudited.

Second, the Mexico advertisements are commercials, not infomercials. I confirmed that there are 200 commercials being run per DAY in Mexico (not per week).

Concerning some other recent posts:

Although Barry Hall lives in Las Vegas, everyone there is not a crook or a gambler, just as everyone who lives in Philadelphia does not spray paint graffiti on buildings.

Hall gets paid $36k per year and that is hardly an excessive sum. There is nothing wrong with being involved with another company. As far as a "temporary" office I not sure what the implication is here. Many companies rent offices and renting implies temporary.
