I checked the Bloomberg link. There are four company directors and seven science advisory board members. That is the same number that Nanologix carries on their website under the "Our Team" section. I think Dr. Sebastian Faro is the newest addition, coming back to their science advisory board after leaving due to some policy change at University of Texas where he was first permitted to be affiliated, then not. He is no longer at the University of Texas and is now back. No mystery to the numbers or members.
