Cyclone's apparently even more hard up for publicity than I thought.
Today on their twitter feed they say they're still going after the steam car speed record.
But if you look close at the car, at the side of the cockpit it says "Chuk Williams". It's the car Chuk designed and built, and Harry could never provide a working engine:
Geez, after spending a reported half a million to build a car to beat Chuk, don't you think they'd use a picture of that car?
Of course, the difference between the two cars is that Chuk's car actually runs:
