Two simple measures that can be taken:
1. Publish all financials and bring GNGR to Pink Current
2. Eliminate all management Common shares by having them reassigned as Preffered and then lower the share structure. Grant can't sell anyway, so this would bring the O/S down to a reasonable size.

With respect to shareholder value: hard to know without seeing current numbers.
