Normal? Nothing about this company is normal and when submitting to FINRA I am not so sure the dialogue of "That was in the past, you need to forget about that and look towards the future" goes over so well. The company did virtually nothing on the straight and narrow in their checkered past so every front will have questions. Based on their past alone, FINRA could give this the thumbs down.
