If you read the 15c2-11 Information Statement 12/31/2005 Mar 7 2006 ET you will see Mario A. Pino is now just a shareholder of PayChest Inc. Alejandro Cerda is now CEO, Kirby Manuel is Director of IT and Nestor C. Buenaflor VP for business development & marketing. Even if Mario Pino does play any type of roll in this company at all, It's a small one if anything. Mario is still under sec investigation so I highly doub't he will be getting his hands dirty any time soon. This company has moved on and they are getting ready to be recoginized globally.
