Bio Taiwan 2015 is in Taiwan and Taiwan is not one of the countries in the Madrid Protocol. UNI can use the name DR-70 in Taiwan, specifically at Bio Taiwan 2015, which is the specific reference we are discussing.

How can I contact them? The trademarks are owned by AMDL Inc, not AMDL Diagnostics -- Radient sure had a lot of subsidiaries -- what entity really owns these trademarks?
As for onko-sure patents... you say there are onko-sure patents in other countries, like Australia? What are those patent numbers? Perhaps you could cite them when you cite the Provista reagent patent numbers you mentioned earlier.
