The financials have been coming since 2010...They even "expedited" them in 2012 (to be completed and released by June) and they were supposed to be out within a few weeks...2 years later, still not here...

I would suspect that if they do release any financials, they would be unaudited again, just enough to appease the OTC, which is all VPER ever does
