What funds did he receive and how would one know this? Did he get the mythical $30MM? Delivered via unicorn?

And who cares if he's cooking again? Same playbook, with downgraded feesh. Eddie and the Mary Ann's crew are up to something alright, but it's not in shareholders' best interest. Shareholders are the source of insider enrichment in Pennyland. Always. ALWAYS.

As for the books, he is a delinquent filer. So... what books?
