if it is the real deal then why has someone spent in excess of $100,000 to hire stock pump sites to unload shares and have sold it off from $1.00 down to .10.

Maybe ask those poor slobs that bought the pump at .90 and 1.00 if they think it is a scam

then read the filing and take special notice of the conversion rates for the stock that is being converted on GreyStones convertibles
