HISP ready to trade.....But,
This is the response I got from 3 Brokerage Houses

After reviewing the security in question, Hispanica International Delights of America (HISP), I can confirmed it's setup and ready to trade, however, the security has not yet traded any shares. If you are still interested in entering an order, please feel free to log into your account to place a limit order.


Apparently no one wants to sell any shares. Brokers are willing to take orders, and there are 3 Bids in $1.00 to $1.02 but no one is selling.

Once I thought I was wrong; but I was mistaken.
