We are not going to see flat sales quarters. There is too much falling into place. Dr. Chan was granted options with performance parameters so he doesn't need to buy shares in the open market. If he hits the targets set for him he will make a lot of money. Also if you look at the quality of the key people they have hired in the last year or two, it is not a big leap to think that their future is tied to options. They didn't join for salaries alone.

FYI, I spent over 30 years on Wall St. with the last years in senior management. I was able to retire at age 56 due to options and performance bonuses. That was 18 years ago and I have been living from return on investments since then. CTSO is the only non-dividend stock I own. I truly believe it is a once or twice in a lifetime opportunity. That being said, I was told as a young man starting on Wall St. "Even if God whispers the name of a stock into your ear, don't bet the ranch." I wish you well. Have patience.
