Excellent brand, incredible growth opportunities, NO DILUTION,
arguably undervalued (by most metrics & SIGNIFICANTLY by MANY),
& we could add many other benefits, accomplishments, virtues
& the like....

Bottom-line is how they will address the equity aspect of the
business: Frasier didn't really need to "go this route", but
he did,...so now what?

I aim to find out over the next week or so (assuming I will
have the time to do so) & will likely provide updates here
as they are obtained: Otherwise, I'll likely stay put...
