Is it true that Danny Hammett is suing JW and IENT? And if it's true, why wouldn't IENT disclose the lawsuit to shareholders? Because if the lawsuit is real, it's my opinion that IENT management is negligent in not disclosing it. Come to think of it, JW still hasn't disclosed IENT's financials.... Nothing. IMO, the SEC should suspend IENT for lack of any regulatory filings.
