... but this form does not require audited financial statements. Do you have any idea what could happen to the OS count, basic in a year with a company diluting as rapidly as GERS? Do you really believe that any legitimate and significant money would come into this company based only on yearly data? Now, the company has stated that this will not be the case and we will know if that is correct in mid October, not before. The company has chosen not to issue any public statement about this important event of the last week.
